2 TBSP. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. dry oregano
1 garlic love, minced
2 TBSP. Italian parsley, chopped
2 sliced of proscuitto
olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 fresh basil leaves, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 head of romaine lettuce, to garnish
1 lemon
