Makes about 1 ¼ cups
1 cup bottled chili sauce
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce (optional)
Kosher salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
In a small bowl combine chili sauce, horseradish, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Store, refrigerated, up to 1 week. Makes about 1-1/4 cups.
