1/4 pound gournd beef, preferably chuck
1 tablespoon minced yellow oinion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 clove garlic, finely minced
2 teaspoons Cognac
1/4 plus
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
