Serves 4 people 

2 small cans of garbanzo beans
¼ cup of Lemon Juice
¼ cup olive oil
1 tbspn of Tahini- can be purchased in chinese stores
10 Garlic cloves- roasted and peeled
1 tsp Salt to taste
1 tsp Pepper to taste
¼ cup of water

Blend garbanzo beans, garlic cloves, tahini, salt and pepper into food processor. Blend until smooth, then add lemon juice, olive oil and water. Blend together well. Serve with bread and paprika.
