The morning air is cooler. The days are getting shorter. Leaves and acorns are graduating from their lofty perch. The fog lingers a littler longer every morning. This all means one thing. Harvest is here! The cellar is buzzing with activity, all in preparation for this most exciting time of the year.  From the first pick to the last press run, the next 90 days are all about putting the 2008 vintage to bed for a 2 year beauty rest in cozy oak barrels.
