Fresh and zesty citrus aromas initially envelop the senses, aided by floral accents that lead to a creamy, rich mouthfeel extending through the lengthy finish.  With outgoing and persistent flavors of Asian pear, melon and quince, Langosta is dry and crisp while offering an appealing degree of viscosity via the addition of oak-aged Semillon.

Winemaking notes:
The grapes were harvested by hand, completely destemmed and fermented in open-top tanks, with twelve months of barrel aging in neutral French oak. 

Tasting notes:
Vibrant, red strawberry and cherry aromas compliment a supple richness on the forefront. This medium bodied wine has a balanced tannin structure and exhibits flavors of sandalwood and cherry that lingers on the finish.  Our Sangiovese is a food friendly wine, especially paired with your favorite California or pasta cuisine.  Enjoy!
