This cuvee was bottled using the “Methode Champenoise” technique with a dosage of yeast and allowed to ferment and age in bottle for 20 months in the bottle to develop the rich flavors and a creaminess. A blend of predominantly Pinot Noir with a little Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from the cool North Coast growing region. The wine has a deep rich salmon color. The essence of apple and strawberry with a hint of cream and spice draws you in. Bright and fresh fruit greet your pallet and extend through till the very end of this beautiful sparkling wine.

This wine is made from two exceptional Santa Rita Hills Vineyards. 55% is from Zotovich Vineyard (clone 76, bright and tropical), and 45% is from La Rinconada Vineyard (clone 15, elegant and structured). Picked in the cool morning and whole-cluster pressed, the juice was racked into French oak barrels and fermented at a cool temperature to preserve fresh fruit flavors while gaining roundness from barrel fermentation. 100% malo-lactic fermentation and aged 9 months in barrel. Medium straw color with aromas of tropical, citrus, green apple and floral notes. Fresh bright tropical fruit flavors, a rich mouthfeel with a long fruit finish.

This “PLATINUM” expression of Santa Rita Hills Chardonnay is created by careful barrel selection and blending from two exceptional Santa Rita Hills vineyards.  Four barrels from La Rinconada Vineyard (clone 15), at the foot of the Santa Rosa Hills, provide elegant structure and flavor. Two barrels from Zotovich Vineyard (clone 96), where grapes are grown in white “beach sand” soil, provide bright essence of pineapple and lemon zest flavors. Pale straw color with aromas of fresh lemon, pineapple and floral aromas with vanilla notes. Well structured with lush fresh tropical flavors, a rich creamy texture and a long finish.

This wine is made from our estate vineyard’s highly aromatic “Musqué” clone of Sauvignon Blanc.  After picking part of this block for our "Block One" Sauvignon Blanc, we allowed the remaining rows of these grapes to continue to ripen for an additional five weeks enagling the grapes develop very rich and concentrated flavors. Medium straw color with aromas of melon and fresh pear, with bright floral and guava notes. This wine is sweet with crisp acidity, lush flavors of ripe cantaloupe and Asian pear.

These Semillon grapes were grown at the Refugio Ranch Vineyard which lies a couple of miles south of Roblar Winery.  A small amount of Sauvignon Blanc from Refugio Ranch Vineyard was blended to highlight and complement the rich Semillon flavor. Medium straw color with aromas of fresh white peach and wildflowers. Refreshing flavors of fresh white peach.

This rich blend of grapes is grown at the Refugio Ranch and Roblar Estate vineyards in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley. Made from 75% Semillon, 18% Sauvignon Blanc, 4% Viognier, 3%. The grapes were picked in the cool mornings and immediately pressed.  After settling, the clear juice was racked to ferment in French oak barrels, and aged “sur-lies” (on the yeast) to add roundness and richness to the palate. Aromas of peach and wildflowers with a rich complement of floral and stone fruit flavors and a long fruit finish.
