Many California wineries focus their visitor experience on the wines alone. Here at Roblar, we take a different approach: our winemaker, Bryan Davison, crafts our wines to be enjoyed with food, prepared especially for you by our on-site executive chef.
Our chef utilizes local, seasonal ingredients—many of which are grown right here on the estate—to complement and guide you through the intricate flavor profiles of our wines.
You can enjoy your tasting experience at the tasting bar, on the terrace, or in our Dining Room. And, if you’d like company, our chef is often available to guide you through each pairing.
