Grown at Roblar Estate Vineyard. With our vineyard’s light rocky soil and moderate climate, these grapes develop a rich depth of fruit flavor. The combination of characteristics of our Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier brings a wonderful flavor expression to this bright and delicious wine.
The grapes were picked in the cool morning and whole-cluster pressed. After chilling and settling the juice, the clear juice was racked into French oak barrels and fermented at a cool temperature to retain fresh fruit flavors while gaining roundness during barrel fermentation.
