85% Mourvedre, 13% Syrah, 2% Grenache
A small amount of Syrah and Grenache from Roblar Estate Vineyard is blended in to frame and elevate the classic Mourvedre flavors of this wine. Aged for 18 months in neutral French oak barrels, this bright ruby colored wine shows notes of blueberry, violet, and thyme with a medium body of dried plum and a long fruit finish.

: This wine is made from Mourvedre grown at Roblar Estate Vineyard. With our vineyard’s light rocky soil and moderate climate, our grapes develop especially rich flavor. A small amount of Syrah and Grenache from Roblar Estate Vineyard is blended in to frame and elevate the classic Mourvedre flavors of this wine.
Fermentation: Crushed into small open top fermenters and cold-soaked for two days, the must was inoculated and fermented on the skins for two weeks to develop full rich flavor and structure.
