This wine is made entirely from grapes grown at Roblar’s estate vineyard in Santa Ynez Valley.  Individual barrels of Syrah, Mourvedre and Grenache were selected and blended to achieve a bright rich red wine with smoothly integrated layers of flavor. This wine has a dark ruby color, aromas of dark fruit, spice and vanilla leading to flavors of dark plum and cherry flavors, richly structured, long finish.

A blend of 65% Syrah, 21% Mourvedre, 14% Grenache made entirely from grapes grown at Roblar’s estate vineyard in Santa Ynez Valley.
Production Notes
The grapes were crushed into small fermenters. After cold-soaking for two days to extract rich color, the must fermented on the skins for two weeks to obtain a richly extracted wine. Individual barrels of Syrah, Mourvedre and Grenache were selected and blended to achieve a bright rich red wine with smoothly integrated layers of flavor.
